Reason's:


1. The admin's telled that J0k3r used cheat's and he get banned by CupCake and i think they wont unban me[didnt cheat]
2. Thug will not have any time to play (1h on a day i think)
3. We don't know to co-operate
4. Some of eX member's r flaming to much
5. We almost are getting mad on each other!

i think we shouldnt stop the gang, because we have some problems in the gang.
i think the best way to deal with flaming people is ginving them a warning and after that ban them from the gang.
we NEED more training.... dont care how, the evo server has a build in dm (idea)/
we should stay a team, so dont make a fight on a reaction about something. makes no sense... any member should play for quite some time a day, as long as possible, we need to grow as a clan... KICK bad players, because some members are oke, but cant become a good soldier. or gang should become steady, so we can grow, and i think with less fights, and good training, we can become bigger..
